I was quite impressed with the staff at my local T-Mobile store. I was unceremoniously kicked off of an AT&T family plan and desperately needed a new service provider. I happened by the store, parked my vehicle and just randomly walked in. I was very pleased with the manner with which I was greeted by Omar. He was good on the qualifying questions in order to extract the information necessary to serve me best. Also, he was quite friendly and welcoming.
