I always have a pleasant experience with this T-Mobile and their staff but today was really awesome. I purchased a screen protector from Amazon that I was unable to put on myself. I walked in and within 5 minutes my screen protector was put on perfectly at no cost. The girls running the store were super sweet and did a great job.

Transferred service to T-Mobile 15 days ago. The representative did not know what she was doing. The manager had to keep telling her what to do. My monthly bill already was deducted 15 days after I signed up, they told me it was going to come 30 days after sign up. I am a senior and my bill was to be a flat $50.00 monthly with auto pay. They charged my account $84.67. I called customer service regarding this problem.
