I've been a T-Mobile customer for 19 years... and every year when it's time to upgrade I put it off simply because the in-store experience is so awful. Where else are you spending $1000 and being treated like an inconvenience by such unprofessional sales people??? At this point I'd rather go to the dentist or through airport security! This trip I was treated to a Coors Light branded sunglass wearing, singing, dancing, definitely not knowledgeable or helpful in any way mess of a representative.

Get your act together. Not mentioning name but when it stresses your client because of inefficiency of not fulfilling what was promised, time for better training your employees. Hopefully it does not affect one's credit. I was even thinking of following my daughter, changing into T-Mobile but now NO WAY!
Problems we had with this company for almost over a month is still not resolved. another one star for them.
