I would highly recommend this particular T-Mobile store. The service that I received from Carlos was absolutely amazing. My situation was already difficult and kept on piling; he was able to handle it professionally. Simply said, Carlos needs to be recognized for his amazing service and dedication for the T-Mobile brand.
This store was one of the best we found in San Diego. After all the stores being out of the iPhone 6's we came to this store and hey had them in, we still had to wait as they were busy but once it was our turn they got us finished in a great amount of time. Very helpful staff, our phones were waiting for us when it was our turn. If we have any issues we will definitely return to this store!
