Wish I could leave this as 0 stars, salesman was so confused on the promotions we lost about $500 in value on our phones just standing at the counter....the rep started with a value of about $600 for our phones and were down to $150 by the time we walked out. Not to mention their reps get lippy with you when you ask for clarification because he can’t even get his promotion right. This location has the worst customer service. Their employees have attitudes and refuse to go out of their way to help customers. It is ridiculous. All I needed to do was exchange an SD card because they gave me one that didn’t work. I have been waiting outside for 30 minutes now.

Needed assistance with setting up phone to new auto. James was most knowledgeable and helpful. Came out to auto and assisted in set up. Recommend him and t-mobile in Great Falls for service and assistance.

I am no longer a "fan". I recently had to cancel my postpaid account due to money issues. My bill was finalized on the 18th but received a call from a collection agency today the 21st before I even received my final bill. It has already shown up on my credit report and dropped my score by 67 points. What did T-Mobile customer service say? We have no idea how your information was already sent out to a collection agency. according to shuan, tmobile no longer can print out your bill or any information for your account. not allowing a customer to see their bill is not a good business practice.

@manager Nathan T-Mobile refuses to let you inside store without a mask no matter what reason. No chairs or tables just stand in hot sun. When asked to see a phone I wanted to look at and purchase for elderly mother I was told by a very nice salesman it could not be brought outside. Basically you are discriminating me because of a medical condition.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Cayce Lewis from Tmobile! My account...well its a long story and she took 3 hours to work directly with me and get my issues resolved! Not only that, but she made sure I was comfortable, understood what we were doing, and everything she could to make it right. It was not her mistake to begin with, but she dang sure got it fixed for me. Thanks girl! You da real MVP!!
