was at T-Mobile at 10am because that's when store opens. When I got there people were waiting including workers, finally at 10:17am worker who was supposed to open showed up.
Went over to the Florence store today to see about swapping from Verizon. I was shocked at how easy it was and how much money its going to save me. Megan made the process so easy and painless. Great customer service, she answered all my questions and had me up and running in no time. So happy I made the decision to switch!
I love working here and getting to know all the wonderful people in our community! Most definitely an inviting place to find out what’s what in the nations leading cell phone industry!!

You ever been so completely disgusted with a company, store, or employee that the thought of EVER going back or speaking with anyone that works there literally gives you physical nausea and anxiety. Ya. That’s how I feel about the T-Mobile on brooks and reserve in Missoula. It’s been multiple weeks and we’re still sorting through the mess two employees and even a manager caused. T-mobile took over Sprint but they don’t know anything about Sprint customers. I waited 90 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t help me and that I need to go to ANOTHER T-mobile location. This location is horrible and I will NEVER go there again.
Dishonest with customers. I have had problems with my phone for months. Corporate told me I could trade my phone in with no problems. I went to this store and they said there were no notes from corporate. I called corporate and there are notes. They have horrible customer skills. I have been with them for 10 years and cannot recommend them any longer.
I went to pay my prepaid account on Monday January 11th. since I do not wear a mask when I walked into the store I was asked about it. i explained that I cannot wear a mask . so we did what is referred to as ' curbside service' .
