The worst service I ever got in my life. They tell you something and they charge you something. I WILL NEVER ADVICE ANYONE TO GO WITH T-MOBILE

The customer service is great here...
I would highly recommend that noone uses T-mobile for their cellular service. Their customer service level are very poor- their coverage is not always available, email, internet, AIM or cell services outside of your home address. Their employees at the sales offices are nice- but the phone reps to include several supervisors- very very poor in service. take your business elsewhere if you want GOOD customer and Cell services.
