They're amazing and very helpful! DJ helped me trade in my old iPhone 6 and hooked me up with my new iPhone 6s Plus which I love! I came back today and Tony helped us get a phone for my 15 year old and made sure to stay within Moms budget! Lol love these guys! I won't go to another T-Mobile store! Thanks!

Well I do like T-Mobile as a whole however the staffing at this particular location is not very friendly, they signed me up and gave me 2 tablets for 2 lines in return I would provide them with 2 phones. When I received the tablets I came back in to return the phones. The guy acted like I was crazy and told me there was nothing he could do. On a separate occasion I called the store bc I wanted to upgrade to the Note Edge...
