I have been with T-Mobile for 20 years and I must say this is one if not the worse phone company ever. They slow my date down after nine or ten days because my bill if set at 40 dollars monthly so they'd rather I just go to another company so that they can get more money from the new customers and more costly plans.
This T-Mobile is C L O S E D. do NOT go
I visited this store today to transfer phones. I was helped by Romeo who was so patient with me and explained everything to where I could understand. He helped me for over an hour. This store has a great vibe. All the emoloyees are welcoming and friendly. The Store Mgr. Mario was very helpful and professional with the customers. While I was in there other customers complimented their great service and personalities. I dread going into these stores to do techincal errands. Today it was painless.
