T-Mobile is totally incompetent and have the worst customer service around. They also lie to you in the stores when you sign up for a plan and when your bill comes it is not what they told you it would be. If you call customer service you most likely will be speaking to someone in another country who barely speaks English and has zero training let alone a computer that can quickly access your account information. RecommendedAll I gotta say is wow! Simply amazing!!! I just want to talk about my customer service experience! The manager, Carlos, along with Rudy bent over backwards for me. I was having a problem with an app with my new phone. It was not properly migrated over from my old phone. The switch was made originally at the El Paseo store. The lady that I exchanged my phone with was nice and said that if I needed help with the app on my phone to just come back. I ended up needing help and came back.
