Terrible place and dishonest sales person. This store is not a genuine T-Mobile store but rather a retailer selling exclusively T-Mobile services, and this store is owned by Skye Wireless (I checked their business card). Because of that they are not offered by T-Mobile to run the same promotions as what other official T-Mobile stores run, for instance $200 BlackBerry trade in program that was advertised on the T-Mobile website.
