Set up WIFi router before I left. Explained the process of setting up the mesh extender when I got home. And helped set up service. Very easy experience. Thank you.
People here are not too helpful. Kind of rude. The only helpful person was Dianna. She was very helpful and nice.

Came in for a warranty exchange and the warranty wasn't scanning in the store properly. I had 3 people including 2 managers working on it. This being said I was compensated and another replacement had to be ordered. Everyone there were very professional and friendly. I love this location.
