I experienced internal issues with my S21 phone last week. I wasn't sure if I had purchased insurance on the phone. Ms. Carisma and Ms. Dianna checked for me, and confirmed that I had insurance and explained the T-Mobile policy. Both ladies told me that once I received the phone by mail, I should return to the store, and they would transfer all data to the new replacement phone. To high never up grade they always change your plan when you upgrade
Visited yesterday with a friend and their dad. Having issues with an old phone and decided to upgrade. The staff was so helpful and patient. Dad is handicapped and they explained each step to him with patience even when he asked them to repeat due to being hard of hearing. A lot of times people will act put out by helping someone but here the service was top notch.
