I was there for a while because there were a couple of issues getting my service switched. Someone from T-Mobile said that it may take 2-3 hours for the service to activate. Shea, the rep that helped me, thought that seemed odd and rather than let me walk out thinking my service would activate in 2-3 hours, he worked to figure out if there was something else wrong, and there was! The SIM card was defective. I'm really glad I didn't leave and then have to deal with it later. Shea was very nice and helpful. Thanks!
I went to buy a new android. The lady at the counter took a personal call before waiting on me. Then I was told I couldn't get a phone because they didn't have a key to the back room for whatever reason. I'm not super picky guy about service but I'll going to another store.
Awful service. Extremely slow and poor service. Store can only handle one customer
