Hubby and I have gone here 3xs to exchange the Samsung Note7 and each time, the staff has gone above and beyond. I wasn't happy about the recall, because I wanted my Note7, they have always taken good care of us. And they are extremely patient. Great service as well. Especially when they know who we are when we walk in the door. Love it �

This review is completely out of principle. Their "exceptional staff" and store manager are pretty much waiting by the door to run out the door and tell people they can't park in unmarked parking spots. No signs. Nothing. Just an empty parking spot in front of their store - you can't park there because they "will tow you" even though there is now sign because "somebody stole it".
