Don't go here please avoid a guy that goes by the name of Pedro he takes his sweet time he pays more attention to his phone rather than the customer in front of him and over charges you he will take more than 30 minutes to finish I kid you not I was in there waiting for my new phone for about an hour because he kept texting and talking on the phone
So I live in a small town out in the country and I had sprint and the signal was not that great.. so I stop by to ask for information and I had the best experience in that store everybody was so nice and very friendly and the guy that was helping us was so funny I think his name was raz or Rez something like that.😁 So I like what they where saying so I decided to switch to t-mobile and upgrade the the iPhone 7 plus and now I have amazing signal out where I live and my phone bills less then what I paid in sprint and we have ... read more
Great customer service!! Even though it was packed, they were polite, professional, and took their time to give us all our options, assist us with porting over a phone from another company, and suggested a better plan than what I was currently on.

We were visiting from out of town when my phone died for good. We had Outstanding customer service on a busy Saturday. Raz was very helpful, quick and made replacing my phone very easy. The young woman who greeted us at the door was very knowledgeable about the sales specials and helped me pick out accessories. I highly recommend this location.
Considering the hassle of returning my Note 7 twice!! Raz was a highlight who protrayed the epitamy of excellent customer service!! Thank you Raz!
Always..always long waits. Trying to make it over the phone is worse.
