Been having issues with my S4 since 6/5 off& on with it saying my SIM was removed. There was always sufficient staff very friendly.and knowledgeable. They reset my phone, next day got a new SIM card them finally having to get a replacement phone. She helped me back up all my info for the initial SIM card change and helped me back up and merge all my info for the new phone!!!! :-)
