Kacey fixed my phone. I was locked out of my Phone because I forgot my passcode and Kasey Got it back. Apple was terrible. They could not do what Kasey did! He got me back my phone. Please give him a raise! He is good! Beverly Cohn
Worst cell phone service ever. Transferred my service to AT&T, paid my equipment off and final bill just for them to continue charging me for almost 6 months. I called support several time to cancel with confirmations and still being charged. I spent a good 10 hours of my life trying to resolve this and have gotten no where.
