Wow this location I called ahead of time to see if they were busy and they said no I went in to fix my phone and got a new one and only paid $300 ish for it. Got in and out in less than 2 hours!!! Alexis did most of the work and Kristen helped at the very end making the process even faster!! They are the best!

I wanted to write a new review, but Google will only let you edit a previous one. Why? The staff at this T-Mobile is the most courteous, most helpful, and knowledgeable to work with. Paola, who is very kind, helped me port my data to a new phone. Then Silverio and Alexis helped me correct a difficult app. that didn't port over totally. I tried my new phone for a day and didn't like it, and the staff was very understanding and helped me get everything back as it was on my old phone. My phone was constantly shutting off every thirty seconds or so. I was dreading taking it in, fearing I would lose information/data or be forced to upgrade. I went into this location on Abrams and Park. The manager greeted me and checked me in. She was very welcoming. When Paola finished up with her previous customer (who appeared to be very satisfied with the service), she greeted me and started to take a look at the phone.
