Been with T-Mobile since 2003, and "Voicestream" before that, even though I hate when I get slowed down after my allotted high speed cap. (That's more on corporate, fix that!), I have always had great experiences with the crew at this store. Especially George Trevino, he goes above and beyond, and is very helpful! Management and staff should be commended!
Ashley at this location is absolutely the best employee ever. We came in looking to switch from Verizon to t mobile and she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Thanks Ashley...you're the best!
The employees in this location are great. When one of the locations didn't have the phone I wanted, they send me here. And they were very helpful of setting me up for my next phone. No problems at all. Great customer service!
