Recommendedthe time efficiency .... the extra effort to go out of their way to obtain the device I was wanting that another nearby store had....the professionalism and sincerity displayed as I was assisted....the team work and professionalism the store staff displayed.
Tmobile sold me a brand new phone that broke in 2 weeks. Tried asking the manager to help me out,but instead he accused me of breaking the phone myself. ive reported phones I've broken and lost before, I have no problem when I'm the one at fault. But I didn't even have to drop the phone for it to crack. So done with tmobile
Went in to get an idea what it would cost me to switch over a month ago. Never got a phone or any device for that matter. Never handed them money or said i was their customer. I received a bill for $211.40 today. FUCK T-MOBILE
Outstanding service. I drive across town, 15 miles, pass two other t-mobile stores, for the great service. They do everything possible to get my problems taken care of.
It should not take 19 minutes before someone recognizes that I am in the store. Nor should it be someone who came from the back when 3 people are out front. It was quite obvious you all were busy but by simply saying, One of us will be with you asap goes a long way ".
