We were charged $720 for the ending of jump plan, came to the store talked to Joe and we told him we were getting tired of all the hidden fees that the company was charging us and he didn't even make an effort to keep our business wich we've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, only thing he said "well we dont make contracts si you can go wherever you want". I consider that deplorable and mediocre customer service.
mal servicio, 2 personas dando servicio, esperamos 32 min para q nos vendieran un protector de pantalla para que nos dijeran que no tenian. la persona que nos registro al entrar tubo tiempo para revisar si tenian protectores, ella solo estaba haciendo check in a las personas q iban llegando. no hay escusa para no haber verificado si tenian proctetor.
