Fortunately, this location is half a mile from my house. Unfortunately, I've repeatedly experienced poor customer service here. I tried again today, and I have now reached a point of writing this negative review. I went in because I have been losing data service constantly over the last week. I tried everything I could myself. After a minute of clicking around on my phone, she gave it back to me and said she "rebooted it at the network level". I told her I had rebooted. Overall, incompetent staff. I had to go to the store three times trying to switch my mobile network over to T-mobile. Decided to stick with T-mobile in the end because they have a plan for $40, although the T-mobile connection sucks. Looking for alternatives, in the meantime.
