I haven't visited this store in several months but wanted to go in and pay my bill in person today. That was not possible because there were not enough employees to take care of all the customers in the store. People told me they'd been waiting for an hour. There used to be a machine that I could use to make payments but that is no longer in the store. Also the store has been remodeled since my last visit and the design is very poor.
