Okay so I decided to switch carriers I went to T-Mobile yesterday the first phone I got was messed up so they had to give me another one up another box then I came back a second time couldn't get that phone to work where I can leave so then I'm heading to give me a third phone is really getting frustrating the first days that I've started service with them

Worst place ever. Find a different T-Mobile if you want true customer service.
It's always Great when I go there. I've never had any Problems with anyone there.
Went in yesterday because I needed a new phone and thank goodness for Jordan, he was awesome! I usually hate and avoid going into phone stores but yesterday was a completely different experience.
I went in bcuz I was having trouble with my S6. I had just got it, and there wasn't any damage whatsoever. The fat white guy with the glasses looked at my phone and was like it has water damage and the only thing I could do was pay $175 and get a refurbished one. My phone had never came in contact with water. I asked could he at least do a master restart bcuz with my S5 when I called customer service they walked me thru it, he said S6 can't do that.
