Went to this store in hopes of upgrading my brothers phone. He has a flip phone. So many issues with it. Sales person was not trained to deal with elderly or mental issues and everytime my brother said something, he said, nevermind. He then "assisted" us in getting a phone and some accessories and could not get it to work on his ipad. Was not well versed on specials or how to deal with "activation" issues. I hate this! Very first time at this location back in February we bought me a galaxy s 7 (244.80) got 2 accessories (phonecase and screen protector 43.48). First the girl turned off my phone afyer i told her jot to or it wouldnt come back on so i lost EVERYTHING. Pictures, videos, numbers. We been to this location several times and we are usually there for 1-2 hrs for new devices and they assist with transferring everything to the new device. They are very friendly and very helpful, good experience everytime.
Nashica was the sales rep and she went above and beyond her service to make sure we were satisfied
