Honor the 14 day return policy! After purchasing Iphone X, phone was not charging. Went back 5 days later and they would not honor the 14 day return policy! I made corporate aware and corporate over the phone affirmed that they get more complaints from this store than any other T-Mobile store in Texas! WHAT??? Why are they still in business?
