RecommendedI walked into the store in Wolf Ranch on a whim. I walked out with a new phone. Sabrina was friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the process. Bottom line, Verizon couldn't match what T-Mobile could do for me, so I switched.
I had a super pleasant experience while getting my new Moto Z2 Force phone over the weekend. The staff was very helpful and while it did take a little bit of time to get everything set up, we chit chatted a lot and it helped pass the time. Thank you to NICK, RYAN and (2) JESSICAs for the exceptional help!
Horribly slow customer service. Once they finally get to you it's good, but I don't have time or the inclination to wait this long for anything. Been here over an hour and not one word on how much longer before they'll get to us. Not nearly enough staff to care for the traffic in this store.

I enjoy my t mobile service! But I had to wait for an hour just to pay my bill. They need to do something different.
