I went there to pay my phone bill.I had to wait the place was packed with customers,but you know that every where you go you have too wait.Waiting time 1hr.30min.Not bad..�
I went to take my mom to make a payment round 5 pm guy asked for a name. Put it uner JUST "TONY" then an hr passed and WE NEVER HEARD THEN CALL OUT TONY. So we ask if they had called out our name and they said we have a TONY MENDEZ and that they ready call it out and assumed they were a man and left. But i was paying attention ans they NEVER called out ANY TONY names... please get better employees that do there job.
Went to do a jump n get a better 3cell only to find out I needed to make a diposite where the last time they said t didn't he

Very helpful girl helped me and my aunt switch her service,over all very nice and friendly
Needed a sim card for my mom's new phone, expecting to pay but they hooked it up. Didn't buy the phone there but that didn't matter. Store was packed with customers but I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, activated it and on my way. Thanks, much appreciated. #greatcustomerservice #veryimpressed #oneanddone
