My husband and myself a long with my two girls went in to check for a phone case and see about upgrading .. the guy that took care of us took about an hr. Turns out he was switching our accounts. Which made all our phones disconnect and we had to call the t-mobile help line and go thru another 45 min of fixing our phones this morning .. all around very inconvenient.was not happy about none of it. We pay our bill on time every month. We decide to stop in and check something and end up having our service inturpted.
Took my daughter in to get an upgrade to her iPhone 7 that she has been desperately wanting. It was supposed to be a free upgrade but ended up costing me $$$ and they wouldn't take her phone as a trade in b/c it had a small hairline crack... just barely noticeable. The staff is very nice but TMobile promos and their "Jump plan" don't do much for customer satisfaction !!!
Charles is a nice young man and very helpful. The hole staff was very nice.
Don't trust them, they told my wife we have never in the life of our services have ever went over 10 g of data. This was just to get us out of a grandfathered contract we had for unlimited data, text and talk. Now we can't do anything on our phone because after a few minutes of videos and gaming our data is done. We can no longer use Netflix Hulu or YouTube. Bunch of con artists at this store and after being with T-Mobile we are now looking elsewhere. Can't stand dishonest companies.
