I have been a loyal customer of this company for over ten years. My phone has died, and when I attempt to purchase a new one, they now run a credit report on which they base their up front fee. It's ridiculous. Like I said, a loyal customer. Have never missed a payment. Their customer care is terrible. I'm switching to AT&T.
