I had the best cellphone store experience ever in this store. I have been a Sprint customer for 20 years. Needless to say, I switched accounts and RELINQUISHED my forever phone number today for 1) more affordable plan, and 2) degree of customer service from staff, K and Ed. They were incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was evident they were trying to represent their product all the while trying to help us get the best deal. I highly recommend this store.
Verenice was AMAZING!!!! I walked in without an appointment and she immediately took care of me. I had spent the morning on the phone with T-Mobile customer service and finally gave up and just went to the store. I started at the Bartow location but no one even said hello when I walked in because they were crazy busy. So I decided to try South Lakeland.
