Don’t go with t mobile the service is awful, they will rip you off and when you try to call about it a call center in India will give you the run around.

Easy peasy for this senior citizen! I walked in and was greeted by Ms. Colon. She answered all my questions, gave me the promotions available, and set up the account for my entire family. They were able to go to any TMobile and trade in their devices. No pressure, just kindness. Customer service with pride, respect, and compassion. I highly recommend TMobile for their perks and promotions. This location is in and out quickly. Ask for Ripley Colon if you want to feel valued.
Went in to figure out why my bill was higher than expected. Patricia is absolutely useless. I had to ask a basic question repeatedly, and because she couldn't understand, she started getting hostile. Raising her voice and pointing, as if I've done something wrong. Garbage service from her, made me walk out without an answer. I'd rather call and wait on hold.
Fast service. The only thing i didn't like was the fact the girl that was helping us didn't give back my watch charger OR the little pokey thing that opens the sim door. I don't care about the pokey thing, but my charger is a must-have. She got some sticky a$$ fingers. JS
