I had a horrible experience. But not at first. I switiched form cricket and I was in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. That was great - they told me just to restart my phone in an hour. I did. Then I tried over the course of a week. Nothing. I called customer support. They failed in everyway possible. Constant trasnferring. No one wirting notes. Hanging up on me. OKay
Great experience with Josh at the t-mobile store in the Oaks Mall. Got me set up on my replacement iPhone which took a bit of creativity since my old phone had a bad SEID chip and wouldn’t transfer data over normally. Also, worked with us on some updated account options while we got the new phone set up to help us save a bit of $. Really went above and beyond, super patient and helpful.
