Five stars all the way! Anthony provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The store is clean, bright, and welcoming, which made for a great overall experience. It’s also clear that T-Mobile values its employees. Anthony spoke highly of the company and shared how T-Mobile supports both his career goals and educational pursuits, including assistance with earning his degree. I had a horrible experience. But not at first. I switiched form cricket and I was in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. That was great - they told me just to restart my phone in an hour. I did. Then I tried over the course of a week. Nothing. I called customer support. They failed in everyway possible. Constant trasnferring. No one wirting notes. Hanging up on me.
