Worst customer service. They will not help you at all! Even if its not you fault that they sell "New" phones that after a month will not properly work.
VERY disappointed with the service...... you need to show a TRUE coverage map! I have also gotten 3 different stories from 3 different reps at the headquarters..... NOT the way you do business!!!!!
