Son unos estafadores los vendedores q me tocaron en una tienda en el doral Miami ....me timaron y ahora me están haciendo pagar una deuda que nunca quise. Y lo peor q ofenden diciéndome que ya no hay momento para arrepentirse ,,cuando yo jamás pedí comprar un teléfono a crédito...les di mi iphone nuevo y ellos me dieron el iPhone sx o nose como se llama ,,lo q se es q es horrible y me dijeron q era gratis si les daba mi celular y ahora me están cobrando este telefono horrible..si me hubiera querido endeudar mejor hubiera escogido un iPhone 11 no creen

The sales people are great, but that incompetent store manager Isabela Martinez, needs to go. Poor customer service, treat people as if they have a hidden agenda. I asked for her bosses' number. She act like couldn't give it to me. I did report People like her make regret switching to T-mobile.

Every time I go in there I stand for at least 40 minutes there's a line to the door and within 20 minutes half those people walk out horrible customer service relation.
