my coverage has been great, but the phone I was sold is total garbage. Screen even shattered from being in my pocket. Insurance is a rip off so there isn't any point in getting it. shouldn't be tied to something for so long that's has zero durability.

I love my t mobile store always friendly showing honest concern and improved my home coverage and did it all as if they really love their job. Not too many companies offer this type of environment while taking your money. .. I'm so glad I went back to T-Mobile .
