Amazing staff
I had a great experience there today. Kayla was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction on what phone to pick. She was quick and efficient and made sure I was getting the best deal. When I left I noticed my contacts didn't all transfer, so I went back in and the staff was great, the manager helped me and was so patient.
So I went into the store today to do some troubleshooting on my phone because I noticed that it was going extremely slow when downloading apps. The first person I spoke to was Jose M and was flat out told that my phone is perfectly fine it's not going slow without even pulling up my account to see if my data was capped off or anything. About a month ago I went in here to upgrade my phone on my account. The sales associate working took care of me and even told me that they have a special with the iPhone 7 where it comes with a FREE case and glass screen protector. This sounded too good to be true and I questioned it many times. The associate confirmed every time it was free and wouldn't show up on my bill. Leaving this review on my still defective phone that this "corporate" store refused to even see me about. I got this replacement for a replacement at this store less than a week ago and it started acting up. Naturally, I take it back to just exchange it for a completely different model of phone, but the attendant cut me off in the middle of explaining my issue, and went to the back.
