It has been over a year now and nothing but trouble. Aggravated and annoyed. Being charged for free devices after 1st month of service that ran out of memory. So purchased new cells and tablets. They have been charging us for the free ones! Told us it can only apply the credit from the store we got the phones from which was this one. So I had to go all the way to their location. I don't know what they did but all the charges are still there. Looking for a new service. Worst mistake I ever made!
Thank you to the staff at T-Mobile. Any time I have questions or need help with my phone, whether it's an app that doesn't work properly or the functionality of the phone itself, they have always come through for me. Keep up the good work!
I had a real bad experience, they sold me a damage phone and would not return it for an exchange,had to contact corporate office and exchange at another location, they have really bad costumer service don't know how to treat there clients.
I've been with T-Mobile for a year and I'm starting to regret it. Bought an LG Leon that doesn't work at this store and T-mobile will not stand behind their product. The phone at the time it quit working was 23 days old. Beyond the 14 day warranty. SO T-Mobile will not do a darn thing about it. After THREE WEEKS of going back and forth they finally resolved the issue. and three days later the phone started acting up again. SO now they offered me a $50.00 credit on a new phone.
