Jon and John were extremely helpful in helping me switch over my carrier to Tmobile as well as explaining devices that fit my families needs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent with everything I asked them. It was a seamless and painless transition thanks to them! You can tell they pride themselves on customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone in our area to go see them.
