This has bee the absolute worst experience ever with a mobile carrier. Marc the manager lied to us consistently. We switched from AT&T and have regretted it from the very beginning. Mobile service sucks and the customer service in store sucks. They never paid for our AT&T bill like they advertise so we're stuck with a bill at AT&T and are stuck with T-Mobile. I would NEVER recommend this store or T-Mobile in general.
