RecommendedI recently switched to T-Mobile at a T-Mobile store in Texas (where I live). When I visited Illinois a few days later, I went to this store to add phones for 2 more lines. Upon showing up, it was explained to me that the information I was provided at the Texas location was incorrect. Just had one if the worst experiences of customer services here ever .... I highly recommend driving a little further to a differant location ....
It always takes a ridiculously long time to complete a transaction at t-mobile. Then after over an hour trying to upgrade 1 phone, he spends time texting to whomever as we sit and wait. Lets get our job done and then worry about what we are doing after work. #Poorservice
When I finally was waited on, the associate was knowledgeable and helpful. I suggest more then one associate working make a better experience without a really long wait.

Stopped in yesterday to upgrade my phone. Tina was the sales associate I worked with & never before have I enjoyed my time in a phone store so much! Needless to say I left with a new IPhone and a smile on my face! Thanks girl! �
