No answer, which is fine, but no voice menu or anything to let me know what their hours are.....Tmobiles website says "call store for holiday hours.. " The staff inadvertantly picked up my second call and I hear them talking about how many times I let it ring during the first call. :)
Both Michael G. and Patrick M. were absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in my billing queries that I was extremely concerned about. They displayed 1st class customer service and truly helped resolve my concerns. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, courteous, and very willing to assist. I am vey grateful to both Michael and Patrick for their assistance and I certainly recommend all to visit this T-Mobile location for superb service. Cheers!
