RecommendedI went to pay my prepaid account on Monday January 11th. since I do not wear a mask when I walked into the store I was asked about it. i explained that I cannot wear a mask . so we did what is referred to as ' curbside service' . Dan & Eric......Went in yesterday cause my phone speaker/mic stopped working. they diagnosed issue and helped me get setup with new phone that is way better. They took the time to work with me and get me best phone for needs. very knowledgeable about features and best options without overselling you a high end phone if you only need a mid range. They don't do like others that only care about selling highest price phone.
Had a great experience with Dave, once again. He’s knowledgeable, quick and approachable. Highly recommend him, the store and the service - we switched from at&t and saved over $100 a month and get ALL the same benefits and we haven’t noticed a bit of difference in coverage! It’s awesome!
Was trying to post, but it won't happen. No service at my kitchen counter. I have to live on Wi-fi. When it works at all. Not happy with t- mobile.
