Today I had such a amazing interaction with Germain E. At the t mobile store in Lenox mall. He is such a knowledgeable associate, answered all my questions honestly and willing. (I know I had alot) He was honest and patient and welcoming. Because of that interaction I returned in a couple of days with my decision on the S25 ultra. I previously was with AT&T when moving to Atlanta and all the local stores were just awful to deal with. Customer service was in the toilet and it took multiple individuals to resolve what seem to be to be simple problems. I switched over to T-Mobile today and came to the store at Lenox Mall.
