On March 7th, I visited the T-Mobile store located at 2900 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA because my phone had been damaged beyond repair and I needed to purchase a replacement. When I entered the store, there were three employees standing together talking with each other and no other customers present. The way I was acknowledged felt dismissive.
