I don’t even know why they have this store. Went today because I obviously needed help trying to upgrade my phone & was basically told to get on the app & figure it out…not those exact words, but that was the energy given. Employee was not helpful. Was like pulling teeth, just to get a word out of the woman working. Now I’m considering switching service providers after being a loyal Sprint (forced to T-Mobile) customer since 2004! I literally NEVER had this problem with Sprint.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Store I visited the T-Mobile Lenox store today before paying my rent, and the experience was a nightmare. My plan had been suspended for unclear reasons, and instead of resolving the issue efficiently, I wasted 25 minutes while multiple team members passed me around. They attempted to run my debit card 6–7 times, resulting in duplicate charges of $300–$400. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I urgently need that money back. Listen!!! Kevin is the best this is the best customer service I have ever received from any business in my 45years of living!
Waited 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement. Simply needed to purchase a screen protector and was told that they could not take care of that while a family of 5 was activating new phones and I had to wait for them to be done or come back later. Be so for real.
