On March 7th, I visited the T-Mobile store located at 2900 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA because my phone had been damaged beyond repair and I needed to purchase a replacement. When I entered the store, there were three employees standing together talking with each other and no other customers present. The way I was acknowledged felt dismissive. Subpar service and horrid attitude, it's almost as if they're to good to serve you. I've been with tmobile for a while, and absolutely love the services offered on the app and the experience as a whole, so coming to this store getting this treatment was extremely disappointing and disheartening. This store does not represent tmobile and their usual A+ customer service. There should definitely be training implemented on this store on how to be more welcoming and more helpful towards customers, especially the women in there.
