Subpar service and horrid attitude, it's almost as if they're to good to serve you. I've been with tmobile for a while, and absolutely love the services offered on the app and the experience as a whole, so coming to this store getting this treatment was extremely disappointing and disheartening. This store does not represent tmobile and their usual A+ customer service. There should definitely be training implemented on this store on how to be more welcoming and more helpful towards customers, especially the women in there.

Today I had such a amazing interaction with Germain E. At the t mobile store in Lenox mall. He is such a knowledgeable associate, answered all my questions honestly and willing. (I know I had alot) He was honest and patient and welcoming. Because of that interaction I returned in a couple of days with my decision on the S25 ultra. I previously was with AT&T when moving to Atlanta and all the local stores were just awful to deal with. Customer service was in the toilet and it took multiple individuals to resolve what seem to be to be simple problems. I switched over to T-Mobile today and came to the store at Lenox Mall. I was immediately greeted by Anna, who is the store manager, and was incredibly helpful. I can’t speak highly enough about her and her customer service.
