Service here is PISS POOR i have came in on two separate occasions asking for assistance and on both occasions i was told to call customer service for help. I was confused as to why I was told to call customer service when they were the ones that initially told me to come into the store to get the situation(s) resolved. Yesterday i was helped at this store by Juwan and i wanted to recognize how fast and friendly he was restoring the data on my cellphone that had to be replaced. Thanks to his kindness and efficient customer’s service.

The store manager, Ana, was extremely helpful and accommodating. When Apple was not willing to help, she assisted me in getting an insurance claim filed on my phone. Can’t thank her enough for her help!

I came In the store to get help and a NASTY dude with tight braids eating up his scalp was very mean and acted like he wasn’t interested in what I was talking about. 0/10 experience!!!!! Please get rid of him. Now I have to go back to the store to do a return. I’m gonna just keep my item at this point. Don’t even worry about it.

Egypt and Gabe were absolutely incredible with helping me buy a new phone. We ran into a small issue along the way (not their fault), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Thank you both!!
