This place is a joke. I was completely lied to about them buying out my contract to switch over to them. Went in today to see about switching & was told I would have to pay off one of my lines completely. Which is 749. But when I spoke to someone on Tuesday of this week. I was told they would everything expect 100.

Today was an especially helpful day, with an immediate and friendly greeting, with Martin taking my information down and getting me in the cue efficiently, with pleasant experiences to enjoy while waiting (trying out the next big devices), and with Anthony helping me solve a tricky problem with aplomb. Thanks to this great team for the wonderful service!

The free streaming for Netflix is a joke don't be fooled they won't even receive bad equipment back and don't tell you all those commercials don't count on Hulu they are HD too which means big Data. go with Verizon.

I've never had a problem with T-mobile and I've had a phone with since I was 16 (9 years). My mom and I have been everywhere and they have the best customer service tops!!! Harold helped me get a S6 Edge+ and I love it!!
