Seniors with disabilities require public restrooms. To tell a customer (me) wheeling his handicapped Korean War Veteran mother that T mobile does not provide bathrooms for anyone, including employees, well that's just cruel. According to state law, it's also illegal. Thanks for the shame and pain you placed my mother in, as she went on herself I'm reminded once again why T-mobile customer service is a hedious example of corporate greed over the needs of the people. they are all very friendly and helpful we are very happy with changing our service from Verizon
Derek and the rest of the team made my issue right. Over 14 years with T-MOBILE and this team has always been superb. I don't call the customer support team office, I call this branch. They make sure I'm always happy.
My husband and I got new phones this week and wanted to say that Derek was awesome! We were extremely happy with the service we received!!!
