Horrible customer service experience this morning...absolutely horrible!!! Went in to pick up a replacement but could not use the smart switch app to move over important info from my old phone to my replacement phone b/c the store did not have a backup battery and refused to use the battery in the display phone. The service rep looked at me like i was supposed to have an extra battery lol Talk about horrible customer service. Little does Ade know, I have a back door to T MOBILE corporate. They will certainly hear about this.
