I love t-mobile, but sometimes the employees manage to ruin good reputations, big Mike at this store didn't really care to inform us about anything going on. He was too busy trying to pack up and go home when we were upgrading and purchasing a new line and phone. When I left I noticed that he didn't tell us about a bunch of promotions and totally mess up our plan. Very poor customer service. I will take my 7 lines somewhere else.
