I always have a good experience at this location, so much so my sister passes her local store to come up to this one as well. Kim was excellent and explained everything clearly and thoroughly to me and my daughter. Kat assisted my twin and her daughter who just came along for support but changed phones while in the store; I hate getting new tehnology. Thanks ladies, you rock. There was an upset customer in the store and I thought maybe handing her the phone to argue really loudly with customer service could have been handled... read more
