I would rate this place 0 stars. I spoke with Charles and enquired about purchasing a new phone and if they had any discounts. His response was when you go into Walmart do you ask for discounts. Charles does not need to work in customer service. I will be reporting this interaction to the corporate office. He is a despicable human being lacking empathy and basic customer service skills. I would not recommend this location as long as Charles is there.
Love this store they always have the answer. Kara and Chelsea helped me they are so friendly and knowledgeable! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

We had the worst experience in this store, really bad attention, I am not racist but they seem; nobody said welcome or wait us a minute... we had to leave to find other store!!
