Ryan helped my husband and I today in purchasing a new phone. What a great guy. He was so pleasant and kind. He started to get busy with more people coming and then Javier, store manager came in and saved the day! The vibe in the store is soooo vastly different than the Northlake Verizon store, where the staff act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on them and then they disappear and take numerous breaks. Lilburn store is way more customer friendly and efficient! Thanks guys for GREAT service!
