I have always had a great experience at this store. They have people in place that understand customer service and have no problem being awesome. However, for the past 3 months I have not been able to make payments online or on my device and it is annoying because customer service will not acknowledge that it is an inconvenience to have to use the automated system or call in to live advisor. It robs my attention from more important tasks.

I have full bars and no service! Can't text/call. Even on WiFi I can only get on the Internet and social media!! So what am I paying for? ?
